Complimentary Shipping Request Policy
Request Submission:
All complimentary shipping requests must be submitted by the shipping company, or the community, via the company’s/community official email address on company /community letterhead. Submit by email to dbown@woodwards.nf.ca
The request must include:
- Company/Community Name
- Transport Company if different or known
- Description of the freight
- Weight of the freight
- Dimensions of freight (required to determine space and rates, i.e. 1 pallet 4ft x 4ft x 2ft high)
- Originating Port
- Delivery port
- Date the freight is required at its destination
- Reason for requesting complimentary shipping
Incomplete requests may be returned for additional information before they are considered.
Please be advised that requests for complimentary shipping must be sent 48 hours prior to shipping.
