Labrador Marine Inc. - Cabin Waitlist Policy (Sir Robert Bond)

Customers will be able to book cabin/berthage space depending on availability.

Once all cabin space has been reserved for a particular departure customers will be automatically waitlisted. This waitlist is handled based on the reservation number which is the order of call in.

In the event that a reservation is cancelled and cabin/berthage space becomes available the next customer without accomodation is contacted and space is offered to them. If that person declines the space, the next customer in line is called.

DEPARTURE PORT (Day of sailing process)

In the event that reserved customers holding cabins do not show, all available cabin/berthage space will be sold to reserved passengers first, based on reservation number order. Passengers who are travelling without reservations will be able to put their name on a waitlist in "first-come, first-served" order upon check in at the ticket office on the day of sailing. This list will be called after passengers holding reservations are accomodated.

The cabin/berthage waitlist is sold onboard to allow for the timely departure of the vessel.
